Ingredients
Method
- Make the peach chamomile syrup by bringing the water to a boil in a small saucepan with a lid. Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and stir in the chamomile. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out the chamomile by pouring the tea through a fine-mesh strainer placed over a large heat-proof bowl or measuring cup. Press out the chamomile to get every last drop out.
- While the tea is still hot, add in the sugar and stir to dissolve. Set aside to let cool.
- Once cooled, place the chamomile mixture and the peach(es) in a blender and blend on high until combined.
- Fill a glass with ice. Add 1 ounce of peach chamomile syrup, 2-3 ounces lemonade, and 2-3 ounces of sparkling water. Garnish with sliced peaches and lemon and enjoy!
Notes
You can use 2-3 bags of chamomile tea instead of the dried chamomile, in a pinch. The flavor just won't be as strong.
Feel free to add a shot of bourbon to each drink for a more adult beverage.
