Fresh Cranberry Salsa

This fresh cranberry salsa is bright, tart, and packed with flavor. It’s easy to make and a fun, unexpected way to serve seasonal cranberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems lightly packed
  • 1 jalapeno seeds and ribs removed, roughly chopped
  • ½ red onion roughly chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Juice from half an orange
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and combined.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. The flavors are even better the day after it's made.
