Fresh Cranberry Salsa
This fresh cranberry salsa is bright, tart, and packed with flavor. It’s easy to make and a fun, unexpected way to serve seasonal cranberries.
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems lightly packed
- 1 jalapeno seeds and ribs removed, roughly chopped
- ½ red onion roughly chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Juice from half an orange
- ½ teaspoon salt
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and combined.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. The flavors are even better the day after it's made.
