New Moon Energy Cleansing Room Spray
An easy-to-make, easy-to-use energy-clearing room spray to help remove stagnant energy and welcome in the energy of the New Moon.
Yield: 1 spray bottle
Materials
- 30-45 drops of essential oils see list of energy clearing essential oils in blog post above
- Fresh or dried aromatics such as citrus peel or herbs (optional)
- 1 ounce vodka or witch hazel optional, to help preserve and disperse the essential oils
- Distilled water
- 2-4 ounce glass bottle with spray nozzle
Instructions
TO MAKE
- Add essential oils and optional vodka or witch hazel to the glass bottle. Fill the rest of the way with distilled water. Secure the spray nozzle and gently shake to distribute the essential oils.
- Use immediately or store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator.
TO USE
- To use, shake the bottle and then spray throughout your house, going room by room, opening each window as you go.
- Once finished, you can either leave the windows open for a bit (if it’s warm enough) or close the windows in the same order you opened them.
- Enjoy your refreshed space and the fresh energy of the new moon!
