Method
- In a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle, briefly grind the herbs until they’re fairly uniform in size.
- Transfer the ground herbs to a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of salt. Toss to combine. Taste and adjust the salt, as desired.
- Sprinkle herb salt liberally on anything your heart desires.
- Store the herb salt in an airtight container away from direct heat and light.
